  1. Customer relations was horrible along with arrivals. Many problems with our stay of 8 people. Did not feel like we were compensated for our lost time on our 10 day stay. Management in lobby and public relations was horrible.

  2. moon palace is a fraud organization, they sell fraud time share and memberships. they waste time, cheat and forcibly make you buy membership

My daughter had her wedding at Moon Palace Jamaica on November 2, 2018, and many issues that we have been trying to get resolved since the wedding and to no avail, we have not received and any resolution. We have spoken with many of your employees and have only gotten the runaround regarding our issues. I would like to be in touch with someone that can address the issues we had at Moon Palace. You state that you offer your guest an unparalleled level of service and an exceptional experience for travelers which has left unfortunately our expectations were not completely met.

Soy el miembro PE 4021069 y he enviado más de 10 correos a la dirección del grupo en el cual me contestan por escrito que se pondrán en contacto conmigo en menos de 3 días, lo cual ha sido falso.
