Elevating the brand’s culinary offerings at all eight properties
Palace Resorts is continually looking for ways to elevate the all-inclusive concept and this time we’ve kicked it up a notch, in a major way, with a partnership with Certified Angus Beef. Palace Resorts is the first and only hotel chain in Cancun, to offer the highest quality of beef at all of its eight-oceanfront properties in Mexico and Jamaica. With this partnership, Palace Resorts will now only offer Certified Angus Beef®, a testament to the brand’s commitment to offer only premium culinary products to our guests. Palace’s team of executive chefs, traveled to the Certified Angus Beef headquarters in Wooster, Ohio to familiarize themselves with the brand. During their visit they learned about the brand’s standards, participated in trainings and had the opportunity to learn firsthand from the Director of Culinary Arts, Chef Tony Briggs. “Visiting the brand’s culinary center offered insight for our executive chefs to incorporate new styles to ensure all meat served is juicy, tender and flavorful. “We’re confident our chefs’ additional expertise, coupled with the Certified Angus Beef® brand product available at each of our properties, ultimately affirms our commitment to excellence,” said Gibran Chapur, Executive Vice President of Palace Resorts.
