Tennis players, celebrities and top-tier media get an exclusive taste of the new flavors in the Caribbean

Palace Resorts partnered with The Jamaica Tourist Board to showcase the island’s decadent flavors during the 18th Annual Taste of Tennis in New York City. This one-of-a-kind experience held each year as a kick-off to the U.S. Open took place at the W Hotel August 24th. Palace Resorts showcased its sweet, new partnership with world-renowned pastry chef Antonio Bachour, who served up decadent treats like delicious key lime Tennis ball macarons, tasty Orelys namelaka featuring strawberry gel and coconut streusel and his world famous S’mores with burnt marshmallow, chocolate mousse and graham cracker. Tennis players and celebrities snapped fun pictures at the Palace Resorts photo booth and sipped signature Red Stripe Beer. Palace Resorts VIP’s were in attendance, including Jabib Chapur, Marcia Sinclair from Jamaica Tourist Board and Jamaican Chef, Andre Fowles from the famed Miss Lilly’s who showcased his unique culinary style.
