Palace Resorts partnered with The Jamaica Tourist Board to showcase the island’s decadent flavors during the 19th Annual Citi Taste of Tennis event in New York City. This one-of-a-kind experience held each year as a kick-off to the U.S. Open took place on August 23rd at (insert name here). Palace Resorts was front and center showcasing its first property outside of Mexico, Moon Palace Jamaica. Guests entered a chance of winning five-day/four-night trip for two to Moon Palace Jamaica in Ocho Rios. Tennis players and celebrities snapped fun pictures at the Palace Resorts booth and sipped signature Red Stripe Beer. Jamaican Chef, Wenford P. Simpson served an array of specialties that included an open-faced jerk chicken slider with pickled red cabbage and mango chutney, bringing a taste of the island to New York City. Patrons washed down the savory treats with Red Stripe Beer and Appleton Estate’s Rum Punch.
