Palace Resorts had the pleasure of hosting, The Osteria Francescana Experience, a unique seven-course Italian culinary experience especially created and perfected by three-Michelin-starred Chef, and owner of the number one restaurant in the world classified by the 50 Best Restaurants, Massimo Bottura, at Moon Palace Cancun this past August 17th and 18th. During a press conference, Massimo Bottura announced his collaboration with the Palace Foundation to open a community kitchen in Merida which will raise awareness to fight food waste through social inclusion. Within his itinerary, the chef Massimo Bottura visited the newest jewel of Palace Resorts, The Grand at Moon Palace Cancun, CEDIS, the brand’s own food distribution center that has more than 450 employees, and much more. For the main event chef, Massimo Bottura prepared a carefully crafted seven-course menu which included delicacies such as Insalata di mare, Baccalà mare nostrum, Sweet & Sour Gazpacho among many more items which recipes were modernized to take the guests on an authentic Italian culinary tour. It’s strategic partnerships with top-brands such as Certified Angus Beef®, Antonio Bachour, Joan Roca and Massimo Bottura, that Palace Resorts’ is changing the all-inclusive dining scene.
