The 13-course dinner menu includes 22 delicious dishes, each paired with carefully selected organic and biodynamic French wines. The new menu tells the story of different parts of the world through select, high-quality ingredients, including fresh Italian truffles , giant lion’s paw scallops from the Pacific Ocean, Caribbean lobster, 45-day-cured bacon made in-house, and a 60-day aged ribeye. This unforgettable experience is offered Monday through Friday at 6:20 pm and 6:35 pm and two guests at a time for $150 USD per person.
