Bringing the traditional flavors of Peru to Mexico

The brand has done it again except this time it’s bringing the bold and traditional flavors of Peru to its guests. The new gourmet Peruvian restaurant “Cusco” located at the recently opened, The Grand at Moon Palace Cancun is officially open for breakfast, lunch and a la carte dinner. Guests can enjoy an international buffet breakfast and lunch at the restaurant with specific menu items that highlight an array of Peruvian flavors such as “Chalaca” that comes from the province of El Callao. The a la carte dining option allows guests to sample a taste of the country through the “Don’t Be A Tourist In Peru” flash course tasting menu. The carefully selected items allow guests the opportunity to make their way through the country by indulging in unique dishes. Menu items include Chupe – a Peruvian style soup, Causa which is a typical dish made from mashed potatoes and yellow aji pepper, Mazamorra – a pudding made from purple corn mixed with cornstarch for added consistency, Suspiro – a dessert name that is translated to “sigh” due to its light and mousse-like texture among many more. Whether guests want a casual or more refined dining experience, Cusco is sure to fulfill every single one of their expectations. Breakfast is served daily from 7:00am-11:30am, lunch which is available from 12:30pm-4:30pm and reopens opens again for Dinner from 6:00pm-11:00pm.
