Guests can enjoy a succulent dinner with fresh lobster from the large tank centrally displayed at Moon Palace Jamaica’s signature seafood restaurant, Pier 8. Rainforest Seafoods scrupulously maintains the tank– which can hold up to 200 pounds of lobster. The lobsters can remain in the tank for about two weeks in the salt water, which has a regulated temperature of 69 degrees Fahrenheit at all times. The lobsters are currently being offered as a premium product, for guests through the ‘Fresh by Rainforest’ brand.
