The ultra luxury all-inclusive brand continues to perfect their culinary offerings through education
Culinary professionals at Palace Resorts & Le Blanc Spa Resort had the opportunity to immerse themselves in a 3-day training alongside partners, Certified Angus Beef, at the Le Blanc Spa Resort in Cancun. The event kicked off with a conference from CAB professionals and chefs explaining the history of meat, the importance of brand recognition, consistency in flavor and texture, as well as production growth. The second day consisted of specialized meats such as briskets, ribs, and ground beef. CAB chefs trained the staff on the methods of preparation and different techniques. The team went to the various restaurants that specialize in meat during the dinner service. The event ended on a Certified Angus Beef® beach BBQ with different cuts of exquisite meats.
